Alamoth offers a broad collection of copyrights for use in film and television, and other audio/visual media, or to be covered by mainstream and independent recording artists and songwriters. Our goal is to craft an environment in which the talents in independent music can thrive exponentially, with worldwide appreciation.

Alamoth is based in Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland and currently represents non-performing songwriters and is carefully evaluating sub-publishing deals and looking for new talent to work with.

We accept unsolicited material, but by CD only and only CDs that are commercially available. No demo CDs please, unless invited to do so by an Executive, but absolutely no MP3s!

AMP is a full-service publisher that owns, promotes, and administers a modest catalog of songs and represents a diverse collection of talented writers. We license songs to record companies, radio, television, films, commercials and multimedia. AMP is dedicated to providing its writers exceptional services including professional representation of their unpublished works, registration of works for performance tracking and royalty payments, print publication, and promotion, at the same time as bringing vivacious and fresh music to the general public through performing artists.

We obtain copyrights from composers and songwriters, and contract them to a specific agreement. We do not contract to exclusive songwriting agreements, which means not every song written by our songwriters under contract is owned or partially owned by Alamoth. We strongly believe that the songwriter should be free to give rights to their prospective catalog to whomever they choose. So, for partial or complete ownership of songs, we administer rights, collect the income, and split the income with our writers.

Our mission:
To impress progressive cultures with the enduring significance of Christian thought, worldview, and lifestyles through its distinct schedule of songs and writers by publishing and distributing the music of our writers, and promoting performances of their works.

Our revenue streams:
Mechanical royalties, which originate from record companies when songs are licensed and sold.

Performance royalties, which performing rights societies collect on our behalf, as copyright owners, whenever our songs are performed live or played on radio and TV or heard in hotels, airplanes, and other venues.

Synchronization fees, which are paid to us for the licensed use of our songs in films, on television, in advertising and multimedia.
